Alas, in order to double my "to be read" pile, I'd need to buy a new house to keep the books in. I have a terrible habit of buying something that looks appealing and then not reading it for years. I've got books around here that I bought twenty years ago and still haven't read.

I know that tune. I ran out of room on my regular bookshelves, so we bought a couple of short 4' wide 3-shelf, ones for the bedroom. All my "To Be Read" books were to occupy only the very top shelf. But now, the "To Be Read" pile as taken over the entire thing! I swear - I think they breed like rabbits!
