Personal Commentary/Observation
On the plus side, I heard and finally spotted a cute little woodpecker yesterday on my walk - my first of the season. Couldn't have been much bigger than a large sparrow.
On the meh side, my six-month appointment with my doctor resulted in another change. Starting today I get to take a daily insulin injection (pen). I sort of figured that was coming - all the pills haven't done much since I was rear-ended on my motorcycle a few years back. So we try this for a month and see how it goes. I am still considered a type-2 diabetic, which I guess is something to be grateful for.
